What your customers like
The qualities that come up most often in positive reviews. These are your selling points, and you often do not know which ones actually land.
Dr Phili analyses your Google reviews and shows you what your average rating does not.

An average compresses hundreds of experiences into one number. It tells you where you stand, never why. Two businesses sitting at 4.2 can have opposite problems, and neither will read that in its rating.
What explains the rating is in the comments. That is where customers name what struck them, good and bad, and that is exactly what an average erases.
Dr Phili goes past the average: it reads the content of the accessible reviews and pulls out the patterns that keep coming back.
Five readings of the same material, each answering a question you are already asking.
The qualities that come up most often in positive reviews. These are your selling points, and you often do not know which ones actually land.
The irritants and sources of dissatisfaction that keep recurring. The kind of detail you stop seeing when you work there every day.
Subjects mentioned by several customers in different words. One isolated incident is not a problem; the same complaint three times is.
The ones that deserve particular attention: warm text under a low rating, a serious complaint, an accusation to handle quickly.
Where to start, ranked. A diagnosis that lists ten jobs without ordering them never turns into action.
Dr Phili sums its diagnosis up in a score out of 100, so you know where you stand at a glance.
The score combines the satisfaction expressed, the tone of the comments, the replies given to reviews, the trend and how fresh your listing is. Every component is broken down in the report, with its weight: a score you cannot check is an opinion.
Google’s public API only exposes a few recent reviews per listing. The score therefore comes with a confidence level, which drops when few reviews are readable. Dr Phili would rather tell you what it ruled on than sound certain.
This score is a diagnostic tool of Dr Phili’s own. It is not an official Google rating, it does not measure your search ranking, and improving it guarantees no position in search results.
How the score is built
Your Google reviews are the only place where your customers describe your business in their own words, without being asked. Most businesses leave that material untouched.
You know what you are proud of. Reviews say what customers notice, and the two do not always match.
Unhappy customers rarely tell you to your face. They write it afterwards, online.
The same complaint phrased ten different ways stays invisible as long as you read reviews one by one.
What people hoped to find and did not is written between the lines of your middling reviews.
Knowing which irritant comes up most stops you redecorating when the problem is the queue.
Your Google listing is often the first thing a customer sees of you. Knowing what it says is not a luxury.
It comes down to one sentence: do not look only at the rating. The text of your reviews almost always carries more information than the number summarising them.
Your reviews are public, and so are your replies. A customer weighing you up reads both.
A column of unanswered comments, positive as well as negative, reads as a business that does not listen. A reply shows the author their feedback was read, and it is visible to everyone who comes after them.
Dr Phili stops at the second step: it diagnoses, it does not reply.

What now?
The diagnosis happens once. The reviews keep coming. Asterias spots your new reviews, drafts replies in your voice, and alerts you on WhatsApp or Telegram when a decision is needed.
Dr Phili is a free tool that analyses a business’s Google reviews and produces a diagnosis of its online reputation. It is published by Asterias and needs no account and no card.
Just provide the Google Maps link for your business. Dr Phili analyses the publicly accessible reviews and identifies the main patterns: what is appreciated, what recurs negatively, and the subjects mentioned several times.
Yes. The analysis is free and requires no account. You paste your listing link and get your diagnosis in seconds.
Google’s public API only exposes a few recent reviews per listing. Dr Phili analyses those and says so plainly, next to the total number of reviews on your listing. That is why a confidence level comes with the score.
Reviews identify a business’s strengths, its recurring problems, the subjects that generate dissatisfaction and the parts of the customer experience people value most. They usually say far more than the average rating.
Replying shows the author their feedback was taken into account. Replies are public: they are read by future customers checking your listing before choosing.
Asterias automates part of handling replies to Google reviews, with replies written in the business’s own voice and different validation levels depending on the rating. Negative reviews do not go out without your approval, by default.
No. The text of your reviews is not stored, and the report quotes none of it: Dr Phili keeps only what it derived from them, the rating, the date, the sentiment and the subjects. The reviews themselves stay on Google, where they are public.
