Common questions
Will my customers see that it’s automated?
That is exactly what Asterias avoids. Replies pick up the real content of each review, vary from one to the next, follow your own way of writing, and go out on an irregular delay. Nothing like the same formula pasted twenty times.
Do I lose control over what gets published?
No. By default, negative reviews never go out without your explicit approval, and you can rewrite any reply. Each rating band is yours to configure in your dashboard.
Is there anything to install?
No. You connect your Google listing from the browser and link WhatsApp or Telegram with a code. That’s it.
What happens if I stop?
Cancel in one click. Replies already published stay on Google: they are yours.
