The difference is where the decision happens
A dashboard assumes you open it. That is a simple action, but it is an action, and it is the first one dropped when service starts. Three days later there are eleven reviews waiting, and the tool that was meant to save time has become another task.
Asterias sends the review and the proposed reply into a WhatsApp or Telegram conversation. One button publishes, one rewrites, one skips. The decision happens between two covers, without opening anything.
Tone is not a setting, it is a sample

In Asterias, a review read as flagging hygiene, safety, discrimination or a legal threat always goes back to the owner, whatever your automation settings. That guard cannot be switched off.
Replies go out on an irregular delay and never during your quiet hours, so the profile does not read as a machine.
